All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Once an order has been accepted, it may not be amended or cancelled without our agreement.

All pricing is provided exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated, and payment terms will be agreed prior to fulfilment. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments in accordance with applicable UK legislation, and all goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Delivery times are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery, and you are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is accurate. Any shortages, damages, or issues with goods must be reported within a reasonable timeframe following receipt.

Returns are accepted only with prior agreement and must be made in original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements, and any refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion. While we aim to ensure that all product descriptions and information are accurate, we do not guarantee that all details are free from errors and specifications may change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. All intellectual property, including content, branding, and materials provided by us, remains our property and may not be used without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our relationship with you if you breach these Terms or fail to meet your payment obligations. We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, natural events, or industrial action. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
